The 76 Card at Chuck's pump

Cash price, not credit price.

At Chuck's pump, the price posted on the sign is the credit price. When you pay with a 76 Card, you get the cash price instead — typically about 14¢ less per gallon.

For regulars who fill up here every week, that's real money over a year. No credit card processing fee. No card-network surcharge. Just the cash price.

76 Card is the consumer Phillips 66 / 76 / Conoco credit card, subject to credit approval. Cash-vs-credit price differential varies daily based on Chuck's posted prices.

The Fuel Forward app works at participating 76, Phillips 66, and Conoco stations across the country. When you open the app, participating stations are marked with a small green wireless icon on the map. Search for 901 N San Fernando Blvd, Burbank to confirm and authorize the pump.
How much can I really save?
On the baseline 5¢/gal offer, a 12-gallon top-up saves you about 60¢ and a 30-gallon SUV fill saves $1.50. With Direct Pay (10¢/gal) that's $1.20 and $3.00. With the 76 credit card (15¢/gal) it's $1.80 and $4.50. Your first fill-up as a new app user is 20¢/gal — up to $6.00 off — and stacks to 30¢/gal (up to $9.00) with the 76 credit card. All offers are capped at the first 30 gallons per transaction and valid through 6/30/2026.
What payment methods does the app accept?

Is it safe to pay through the app?
Yes. The app uses biometric login (Face ID or Touch ID) and a one-time activation code that expires in about two minutes. Because the pump is authorized through your phone, you never swipe a card or enter a PIN at the dispenser — which is where most gas-pump skimmers operate. The FBI recommends tap-to-pay over swiping at the pump for exactly this reason.
Can I use the app inside the store, too?
Yes. Open the app, tap Pay In Store, and scan the QR code at the register. The same wallet works for coffee, made-to-order pizza, snacks, beer, lottery — anything we ring up at the counter.
Does the app work on my phone?
iPhone running iOS 15.6 or later, and Android running version 11 or later. The app also runs on Apple Vision. Older devices won't be supported.
What happens after the current offer ends on 6/30/2026?
Phillips 66 has refreshed these promo periods on a rolling basis since 2021. The 5¢/gal everyday baseline has been the consistent offer; the 20¢ first-fill bonus and 15¢ credit-card stack are tied to the current promo window. We'll update this page when the next window is announced.
